Take charge of all the accounts maintained in the company.
Prepares budget for the company.
Compares previous year’s budgets and improve the drawbacks.
Maintain payments and receipts.
Ensure all the audit objectives and audit statements are responded properly.
Look after weekly/monthly reports.
Minimum of HND/BSC in relevant fields is expected.
High level of IT and numeracy skills
Ability to work as a team member and own initiative in pursuit of business objectives.
A good professional standard of presentation skills at all levels.
A strong awareness of the financial markets including product complexity is a prerequisite.
Regulation, compliance, competitor product/service planning’s and business strategy is subjective.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Should possess at least OND in a relevant field
Must be good looking, smart with excellent communication skills
Must be a go getter and ability to work with little or no supervision
Must be confident
Should possess good marketing skills
Knowledge of construction and real estate is an added advantage
Should be a Lagos state resident.
Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization.
Map out potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
Be able to look forward to generating new opportunities for the organization.
Generation of leads and conversion of prospects to closed sales.
Client account management and customer service management
Creation and managing of marketing campaigns for products and services
Conducting of market research and developing marketing strategies against competing ends.
Organizing public relations events and product exhibitions.
